Knappstein Riesling-
Knappstein is one of the biggest names in the Clare Valley, perhaps Australia's most enigmatic wine region.Paul Smith is the man in charge at Knappstein and having learnt his trade with men such as Brian Croser and Jeffrey Grosset, is a paid up member of the Clare Valley Appreciation Society. In his first vintage, he released a new Single Vineyard Riesling that carried off the Gold Medal at the Clare Valley Wine Show and he hasn't looked back since, collecting medals and trophies at competitions around the world.
Albarino A20-
The delightful Angela Martin and her husband Andrew McCarthy run the Castro Martin estate, in Rias Baixas, on Spain's Galician coast. A one grape winery, this Bodega is all about Albarino and Castro Martin has led the way in the grape's recent revival. Angela was one of the first winemakers to recognise the benefits of cool, temperature controlled fermentations to protect Albarino's delicate, aromatic fruit.

Dinastia Vivanco Rioja-

A new modern winery, Dinastia Vivanco make modern styled Riojas with the focus firmly on bright, juicy fruit flavours. Owned by the Vivanco family, the winery sits alongside what is generally regarded to be the world's greatest museum of wine. The Museum houses treasures acquired over two generations by the Vivanco family from ancient Egyptian art through to works by Picasso. The whole experience is testimony to an extraordinary family's passion for all things vinous.
Fonseca Bin 27- Vinatage Port
Today, Fonseca occupies a leading position as a specialist producer of quality ports and as one of the top vintage houses. Founded in 1822 by Manoel Pedro Guimaraens, by 1840, the firm had become the second largest shipper of Port Wine and in 1847 the first Fonseca vintage port was shipped to England. In 1948, the difficulties of the war years led to a consolidation of ownership of Fonseca Guimaraens with Taylor, Fladgate and Yeatman. Consistency of style has remained one of the fundamental principles of the Fonseca philosophy since its founding. Since its foundation, successive generations of the Guimaraens family have upheld the Company's reputation. The founder's great-great-grandson, Bruce Duncan Guimaraens supervised the Company's extensive vineyards in the Upper Douro from 1955 -1995. His son, David, currently acts as the winemaker and is responsible for the considerable stocks of ageing port wine in Vila Nova de Gaia.
